[BUG] [DLStreamer] functional tests take too much disk space

Bug Description

DLStreamer functional tests occupies 1.1GB disk space, while whole DLStreamer source code is just 10MB. Suggest moving the tests out of the repo, to speed up git clone operations.

git clone https://github.com/open-edge-platform/edge-ai-libraries and launch TreeSize.

@yunowo we are aware of this problem, as soon as review of OEP repo structure will be concluded we will remove tests to separate repository
