Update annotator view with advanced tools

At the moment we have Drawing/SAM tools. But the idea is to have:

For detection task:
Drawing tool  + advanced mode (SAM)

For segmentation task:
Polygon tool + advanced mode (SAM)

For classification task:
No tools

Which means the tasks detection/segmentation will only have 1 tool, but we will have a secondary toolbar (on top) with a switch button to trigger the "advanced/auto" mode
