Traces dont show path, only shows method

I have simple setup for my node/express app. I am exporting to Jaeger, and everything is coming through.
The only thing I cant figure out is how to show path in the trace header.
All the traces just show service_name: HTTP GET(or whatever method).
All get requests just say HTTP GET, but I would like it to say: service_name: GET /healthcheck or something with path

Im not sure if there is some configuration option or something I am missing, but I cant find this anywhere.

I can post code if needed, but it the basic NodeSDK setup in a trace.js file.

I figured out a way to do this.

You can use getNodeAutoInstrumentations OR use HttpInstrumentation and ExpressInstrumentation independently.

The responseHook method has the span and request info. You can alter the name like above.

While useful, this answer's code no longer works (info.req.* no longer exist, and SemanticResourceAttributes is deprecated).

@excalq No longer works for what version? That would be useful information to provide since this can still work for older versions and may be the only way for people stuck on old versions.

Anyone using older versions can still use the above if need be.
