OpenAI Compatibility and required endpoints

I'm looking into setting up an open-webui instance and I'm considering the different options available for the Backend API.
Of course, there is Ollama but the documentation also mentions that any project with an OpenAI-Compatible API will do. However the different OpenAI-compatible servers I'm checking support different subsets of the OpenAI API. I can't find on the website which endpoints are called by open-webui using which parameters so I can be sure that a given backend won't cause issues due to lack of support.
