Issue: UI: Weekly usage limit tooltip should include reset day for clarity

The “Weekly · 14% · 2:34 PM” label is confusing — it shows a time but not the day it resets.
Please include the weekday too (e.g. “resets Sunday 2:34 PM”) for clarity.

Good point — the reset timestamp can definitely be clearer.
Right now Codex CLI only shows the hour/minute (local time) but not the weekday, which makes it hard to know exactly when the weekly quota rolls over.

I ran into the same issue and added explicit weekday display in Agent Sessions — it tracks Codex and Claude limits locally and shows labels like “resets Sunday 2:34 PM.” Would be great to see something similar natively in the CLI.
