What is the issue?

OpenAI documents the Egress IPs for ChatGPT Actions. We need similar documentation for Codex to allow its setup script to reach, for example, our own packages hosted in Artifactory OnPrem, which implements an IP/CIDR allow list.

I am unable to setup a Coinbase sandbox api for testing because there is no IP's known for Codex. Coinbase requires a whitelist for their sandbox.
