Clarification on Apps SDK UI components usage

The documentation provides guidance on UI component libraries and includes a Figma file for the supported UI toolkit. These appear to be standardized, out-of-the-box components.

Could you clarify where these components can actually be used? In this repository, the components seem to be built from scratch, am I understanding that correctly?

If these are intended to be reusable, is there an existing package or importable library for these UI components, or should developers recreate them manually?
