New whisper Model for specialized purpose

Hey guys, I want to create a new whisper model which is very concise and small .. I need it to only recognize english alphabets and symbols.. I am basically building a voice assistant for email and password entry. My device is very small sized so want the memory of the model to be pretty small too. What would be the steps to do to create this. Any guidance would be very much appreciated
