Custom Post-Install scripts #1084

Hi folks,
I am currently working on integrating ONIE into containerlab majorly for testing automatic SONiC installation and ZTP features.
Each SONiC VM flavour (Broadcom's Enterprise / Dell Enterprise SONiC and the Community SONiC) have pretty different HWSKUs set by default, and to be able to simulate specific HWSKUs I need to tweak some files before ONIE is rebooting into the installed NOS.
Is there a way to hook up some kind of post-install script which is called before the final reboot?
