Update Subscription to Manual Instead of Automatic

The workshop Subscription will automatically update the version of OpenShift Pipelines if a newer version of the operator is available. This should be changed to manual to prevent issues of the workshop not being compatible with the version of Pipelines.

What needs to be done:

• Change InstallPlanApproval to Manual.

Unfortunately, the subscription requires InstallPlanApproval to be Automatic to complete the installation. The tutorial has been updated to v0.7.0 to account for the latest version of the operator. A different solution needs to be proposed to deal with the operator version being upgraded.
