How to invoke other services gracefully

I have this code,
@app.route('/') def pull_requests(): url = 'http://localhost:5002/' r = requests.t(url) return r.text
In this service will get a span ,in other service 'http://localhost:5002/' will get a span,
but not in a same track ;
How to invoke other services gracefully?
