[docs] Update documentation to suggest clearing cache when system-defined variables change

This is required because VPN, Template and Config objects can be using these variables and their cached configuration/checksum would not get invalidated automatically when the user updates system defined variables.

Suggest user to clear cache using ./manage.py clear_cache command.
