AddBff() fails after upgrading Duende.AccessTokenManagement to 4.0

AddBff() fails after upgrading Duende.AccessTokenManagement to 4.0.
I'm guessing the AddBff code needs to be updated to include services.AddHybridCache();

Which version of Duende.Bff are you currently using in combination with Duende.AccessTokenManagement v4.0?

In the current BFF release candidate version, services.AddHybridCache(); should be called as a result of adding the Duende.AccessTokenManagement.OpenIdConnect services.

We use the latest NuGet, that currently is 3.0.0 for Duende.BFF and 4.0.0 for Duende.AccessTokenManagement. But as that didn't work, we had to revert to Duende.AccessTokenManagement 3.2.0. Duende.BFF needs to be update to handle the latest Duende.AccessTokenManagement.

We're investigating what needs to be done on our side to either fix this, or perhaps to limit the version range (keeping BFF v3 on ATM v3). If we have more information or a fix, we'll update this issue.
