ESP32-S3 Super mini flashing problem

Hello all and thanks to awesome project!

Now i'm trying to flash ESP32-S3 Super mini (i need this boards because of integrated LiPo battery charger) with no luck.

Tested several ways and binaries, but no one can't connect with Espruino Web IDE.

Easy OnlineFlasher:
esp-web-tools-logs 2v27 via Online Flasher.txt
esp-web-tools-logs 2v26 via Online Flasher.txt

Flash download tool:
esp-web-tools-logs 2v27 MASTER via Flash Download Tool.txt

Also i tried to flash very old build form https://github.com/rgomezwap/EspruinoS3/ with this errors:
esp-web-tools-logs 2v16.txt

Previously i successfully flash some ESP8266 and ESP32-C3 Super mini boards, but with S3 i'm stuck.
Can someone say what i missing?
