Link to soem source code is broken

Hi,

The website of berlios is down. The source code can now be found on SOEM github link.

I also see that the needed version is 1.2.5 which can be found on the website of Open EtherCAT society. This is the link to V 1.2.5.

As usual the question rises, can the latest version of SOEM 1.3.1 also work with this repository? I'll test it and let you know...

Hi again,

I did the following:

• forked this repos
• made some small changes to CMake files for linking to SOEM library
• added SOEM library as a submodule and changed it to a catkin_package which required
  -- some small changes to the SOEM's CMakeLists & a package.xml (which are probably not done in the best/cleanest possible way)
• tested it with EK1101 & ES3104 beckhoff modules.

This works on ros-indigo, ubuntu 14.04. The result is found here.
