Create new driver for Festo CPX-FB37 bus node #17

Hi Guys :)
I'm trying, to use this repository, to establish communication between a Ubuntu16.04-system and a Festo CPX-FB37 bus node (https://www.festo.com/net/SupportPortal/Files/344605/CPX-FB37_2014-06_8029675g1.pdf).
The problem is, that there is no registered soem-driver for this device. That's why I get the error: [Warning][Master] Could not create driver for CPX-FB37.
Is there some kind of generic basic driver, that can be used for simple tasks, or can maybe be adapted?
