Resolves the
test_clear_historyfailure caused byAllocRingBufferbeing created with capacity 0.While fixing the main issue, also resolved:
test_gerund_prompt_generation: Added missing keywords ("gerund", "positive", "cheerful") to prompttest_todo_write_tool_basic&test_todo_write_tool_empty: Updated output format to include "Updated X todo items" message
