Test run should fail when there has been a problem with authentication #43
Description
When there has been a problem with the authentication of the given users and therefore some test cases or all have not been executed, the tool should likely quit with a error code instead of error code 0.
Otherwise a misconfiguration would let the tests pass without actually having tested underlying access control issues.
