Don't add entire README to DEBIAN control's `Description:`

At the control file's Description: part, you put entire README is in that section, it is unnecessary and may causing problems when using repackage tool like fpm (Not 100% sure, but I encounter error saying invalid byte sequence in US-ASCII )
