Add option to dynamically set horizontal and vertical playground `layout` based on viewport

Currently, the horizontal Gradio Lite Playground layout makes apps unusable below `md` viewport due to insufficient horizontal screen real estate. The extension could support a new option configurable through metadata to modify the `layout` of the `<gradio-lite>` tag dynamically.
