Use spring in vagrant #151

It would be great to be able to use spring in vagrant (probably zeus users have the same issue). It looks like the issue is that it only checks the local machine for a spring PID. I would guess that, similarly, if you are running spring on the local machine but not on vagrant, it would cause an error.
