[Android] Getting ERR_FAILED When Fetching An mp3 File On Mobile Data

I started getting ERR_FAILED on Android when fetching mp3 files after upgrading inappwebview from 5.4.3 to 6.1.5 + targeting SDK 35

Notes:

• The same code was working on 5.4.3 (app was targeting SDK 34)
• The error only occurs while on mobile data. on Wi-Fi it's working.
• I checked that the data saver is off and I also checked the always allow data option in the app's data settings.
• The app is in the foreground when the mp3 request was made.

I was wondering if this is a result of the library upgrade, the SDK upgrade or both.
Also, is there a setting I can use to restore the working behavior on data.
