If show comments are turned off in setting, full source is shown

The templating mechanism is still used to generate the shown comments.
Perhaps just the basic comment should be shown

I'll make a PR later, but one just need to change renderComment: aString of: aClassOrPackage in BeautifulComments class to include this clause in the beginning self rendering ifFalse: [ ^ aString asText ].
