[Bug]: Encrypted Field's Label settings don't change

v11.3.2.1

Steps to reproduce

Create a Panel
Create an Encrypted Field inside of the Panel
Change Panels Label Width/Align settings

Actual Behavior

Label Width doesn't change
Label Align on value 'top' is still left from input field

Expected Behavior

Label Width should change dependent on value in Label Width
Label Align should change the Labels position
