wg-quick and dnsmasq (or every non systemd resolver)

Hey,
I'm using dnsmasq instead of systemd-resolved.
The problem is, that i configured the "DNS" setting in the wireguard interface config, because I want my DNS requests to go into the tunnel, once created.

But wg-quick uses the "resolvconf" command to set the DNS Server.
So this command has no impact when not using systemd-resolved.

Does anyone have an idea on how to configure wireguard or dnsmasq (or unbound) to set seperate DNS servers for seperate configs?
