Missing error message if “I understand and I agree to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)” is not checked when try to Sign up

Describe the Bug

When you try to register in the platform - both as Personal or Organization, with no populated fields, the “I understand and I agree to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)” check is not marked as mandatory in the registration form, but the registration is not possible if it is not checked.

To Reproduce

1. open https://podkrepi.bg;
2. select "Sign up" from the profile icon on the header;
3. leave all the fields and checks empty and click on "Register" button;
4. Observe "I understand and I agree to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)" field is not marked as mandatory;
5. populate all the mandatory(red) fields and click on "Register" button.
6. observe that the registration is not possible if "I understand and I agree to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)" is not checked.

Expected Behavior

If "I understand and I agree to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)" is not checked an error message must appear. For example "Please agree with the GDPR information." or similar.
