Try a cursor theme via hyprctl

hyprctl setcursor Bibata-Modern-Ice 24

Install preferred cursors, without using hyprcursor.

Install bibata cursor theme:

yay -S bibata-cursor-theme-bin

Edit ~/.config/hypr/envs.conf file

env = XCURSOR_THEME,Bibata-Modern-Ice
