[Experimental] Sorted Exchange support in Presto-on-Spark native

Tracking issue for the Sorted Exchange support in presto on spark native

The first set of changes are

• feat(native-pos): Add sorted exchange support in presto-on-spark #26403

Next set of improvements, below, will follow

• Pretty print OrderingScheme in plan vizualizer
• Enhance orderingScheme variable translation to support case when ExchangeNode has multiple inputs
• Instead of removing the SortNode, consider adding a SortVerifier node which is passthrough node to validate sortedness of data
