S3 bucket access

Hi, thanks for the awesome work! I also encountered this issue  #7  and checked my account is fine. Below is the script:
```
aws s3 sync s3://princeton-prolong/data_before_packing/code_repos/ /raw_data/code --request-payer requester
fatal error: An error occurred (AccessDenied) when calling the ListObjectsV2 operation: Access Denied
```
