Steps to reproduce this

This bug is inside the workflow file written stewards-update.yml. the default behaviour of the action tried to add all the files if the paths aren't given. I would like to update the pull request action to latest version (v7) and fix the option add => add-paths. Please Assign me the issue, I've already fixed the issue in one of my branch.
