Top Level Issue for Habitat Transition Efforts

Here is an attempt to break down the main functions of Habitat which needs to be transitioned (either to new implementations, or just to new servers). Each will link to a separate issue to discuss specific details of features.

• Habitat Telemetry Database - Potentially replaced by amateur.sondehub.org database.
• Habitat Tracker - Potentially replaced by amateur.sondehub.org tracker (with some functionality still to be implemented)
• Payload & Flight Document Database & UKHAS string parser.
• Payload / Flight telemetry export functionality
• Payload / Flight statistics functionality
• IRC integration for flight document approvals, document testing, and announcing of flights.

Somewhat more standalone functions:

• Habhub Predictor
• Hourly Predictions
• Habhub Balloon Fill Calculator
• SSDV Handler
• UKHAS Wiki (now moved to a new server)

What have I missed?

I think @fsphil is looking into re-hosting this elsewhere, so this should persists. It's fairly independent from the rest of the Habitat system.

It contains a lot of value information regardinging HABs, and launching one.
