Fetching historical data for months that contain 0 radiosondes causes the UI to never reset

I tried to use the Historical button to look for launches from Egbert Ontario in April 2025. The query never completes:

This looks like it doesn't finish because there's no radiosondes listed for that month (you can see in the screenshot that there is 0 launches selected). The UI should probably prevent the month from being selected, but also if the button is pressed it should reset
