Switch to pypdf #18
Description
This package currently depends on an old PyPDF2 version, with PyPDF2 being unmaintained and replaced by pypdf for nearly three years now. The maintained package has received many fixes and additions in the meantime.
With both projects being part of the same organization, keeping in sync feels like the right thing to do. Being the current pypdf maintainer, I am open to support with the migration if this package is still under active maintenance.
