Ability to send invitation email to Sponsor #169
Description
After a pyladiescon team member entered the relevant sponsorship profile information on the portal, we want to be able to send the sponsor an email with invitation to sponsor us.
Perhaps add a button to the sponsorship profile "Send invitation email".
When the button is clicked, send an email to the sponsor, cc-ing [email protected], with a sponsorship PDF attached, and the email message.
After button is clicked, update the sponsorship profile status: "contacted".
