Changelog's search text is not available for translation

Changelog page has this Filter entries by content: text next to button with Filter label. The source is Doc/tools/static/changelog_search.js. It would be nice to have them available for translation.

I will look into fixing this, since the messages are in a javascript file is it not as simple as putting them in dummy.html as we did before.
