"Edit this page" in footer should remain even when toc: true is used

Description

Hello there, this is a bit of a nit, but I noticed that the GitHub "Edit this page" appears in the right sidebar margin when toc: true is used while disappearing from the center footer. I think the design may feel more consistent if "Edit this page" always remains in the footer center.
