qmd-syntax-helper: list-table converter breaks qmd-specific features inside cells

This is going to be obnoxious to fix because we need to run plain Pandoc for the conversion, and plain Pandoc doesn't know about shortcodes. It also doesn't know about executable code blocks, which will similarly break.
