create dashboard screen / screensaver screen

Don't really know which binary this goes in. The idea is to have a screensaver or home screen that's entertaining. This will be a TUI applet.

Make something like this (sources provided):

But make it nicer 😄 :

• Smoother animation
• Better colors
• Add integration w/ weather API
• Add time that moves around in there as well
• Maybe even some stock price API
