Cluster config YAML takes user to incorrect page

Dashboard v2.13.0-alpha2
Rancher CLI v2.12.0-rc.1

Describe the bug
From the Clusters List page (/c/_/manager/provisioning.cattle.io.cluster), under Clusters Management, by clicking in the 3-dot icon "View YAML" if user clicks the Page title "Mgmt Cluster" user is directed to c/_/manager/management.cattle.io.cluster instead of c/_/manager/provisioning.cattle.io.cluster
