Store Holograms on disk

This plugin is currently not usable for me because Holograms get cleared when the server starts. I think this is because of a crates plugin I have (HuskyCrates), but this is still something to consider regardless of other plugins being at fault. It would be best to store copies of holograms in a configuration file so they could be loaded from there when the server starts and edited in-game or by editing the config and reloading the plugin (which would clear the holograms in game and reload them from the config). This means that the config would also need to be updated when edits are made in-game.

Update: I do not have any version of HuskyCrates installed and holograms disappear on restart

Update: This turned out to be an issue with how Grief Prevention was configured, though it still may be a good idea to store them in a configuration file or some other storage method.
