is vue-cytoscape compatible with ie11?

Hello,
I'm running my project with version 1.0.8, everything works perfectly but when I'm testing with IE11 then it keeps loading, wouldn't load the component, others work normally with IE11. So is this package compatible with IE11?
I have tried the most basic setup but still not working(works with other browsers), it doesn't load so I can't figure it out how to solve this.
