Feature Request: Support Sync for Updated Tags with Pre-Existing Highlights

Hey folks I have a feature request I think would be awesome if you are open to it. From the docs:

"If you take new highlights on documents you've already exported at least once, those new highlights will be appended to the end of the existing files."

This pattern of appending new highlights suggests that preexisting highlights will not be updated after upload, for example when the tags for preexisting highlights are modified. I've tested this quickly in my own account, by adding a tag to an existing highlight, and found the tag did not sync to Apple Notes. I think this would be a cool feature, I often refactor tags and combine underused or misspelled tags, or break up tags that are too broad that they add little by way of search-ability.
