[Bug]: Disable animations

**Preconditions**
I have disabled animations in my OS because I am sensitive to motion.

**Steps to reproduce**
Just start the program.

**Actual behavior**
Animations

**Expected behavior**
No animations

Windows 10: go to Settings -> Ease of Access -> Display -> Show animations in Windows
