Azure Web App Deployment Stuck

I have created a Azure web app instance following the guide provided by Wiki.Js website. I have the web app running and can see in the container logs that the server is running and waiting on myIP:3000. When I attempt to use the Azure website link, I reach an application error screen. If I attempt to access the server via the IP with port 3000, I get an Azure IIS-like splash screen. I've attached pics of my configuration and the container logs. I have the web app full exposed, and the DB accepts all Azure service connections.
