Efficiency

After quite some time, there were still a few improvements to do, breaking variable interface compatibility, so a major version bump:

• Fix: Typo in variable boostrap_wait_for_host -> bootstrap_wait_for_host.
• Change: Added package to support seport module.
• Change: Moved setup to a handler, more effecient.
