Azure or HDFS Support

Hi Rockset,
I am wondering if the work on the Azure branch is abandoned or you guys are planing to not support Azure as of now ?
Also wondering is there any bindings to use something like HDFS ?

Hi @b-slim, the azure port was started by a Microsoft engineer but is not yet complete. And we do not have a HDFS binding but would be great if you can contribute one.

I know that a bunch of folks have made the GCS provider to work (#76)

The basics for a StorageProvider are in the tree as of #81, which will allow the start of a StorageProvider ports.

The remainder of this PR is being split into smaller PRs to make it easier to digest. In the end, my goal is to move most of the functionality that is in the AwsEnv into the CloudEnvImpl class to make it easier to implement other Storage Providers and Log Controller classes.

Out of curiosity, hat are you looking for in HDFS that is not provided by the existing HDFSEnv?
