Consider adding an option to add filter the URL like we do for the tab text

A few requests have come in to modify the URL in some conditions. One example is to change the URL when the page ID is a specific value. Having a filter will make this possible with a few lines of code.

• create a filter for the text url
• add code example to the readme to show how to use it
