Build and run instructions

Would be nice to have build and run instructions here in the readme. I'm on windows, cannot build and run it, but note that I'm totally new to this project.

I see that no maintainer is here for feedback or anything, you can run the project with reading documentation of wasm-pack github, with the aid of this you are going to see the project up and running
