Test.sh needs changes to allow running tests also for AMD gpus

AMD's rocm platform has rocm-smi tool that is similar to nvidia-smi tool.
Add suport to test.sh script to first check the existence of nvidia-smi and nvidia-smi before using them to query the gpu count.
