Explore adding "set center of transform" feature to PS VTP media viewing

VTP surface meshes can be difficult to explore if the mesh object is not centered at the origin.  Usability would be greatly improved if the VTKjs viewer had the ability to set the center of transform (rotation, resize, etc.) somewhere in or on the object.
